Our primary shipping method is the US Postal Service ~ Priority with Delivery Confirmation. The use of services like UPS, FedEx or DHL are really difficult for us and would result in much higher cost.
Normal Shipping and Handling charges within the United States is $6.95. If your order is heavier than minimum (one pound), the shipping charge will then be the actual plus $2.00. Charges for other special handling (overnight, etc.) are in addition. The $6.95 charge will show up as included in your Order Total, but may not be itemized. The actual charge will be itemized on your Invoice.
Preferred shipping for Foreign orders is Global Express. Global Express allows excellent tracking, automatic Insurance and seems to clear customs faster. Global Priority is used when INSURANCE is available. Foreign shipping charges are actual plus $3.00 (minimum $10.00).
Please allow at least two weeks for delivery.
Returns must be within 10 days of receipt of times and must have prior e-mail approval before being returned.
